Rolls-Royce has unveiled the latest addition to the Phantom family, the new Phantom Coupé, for the first time in Saudi Arabia, at the Rolls-Royce showroom in Jeddah.

Anees Jamjoom, managing director of Mohamed Yousuf Naghi Motors, said: “The feedback on the new Phantom Coupé so far has underpinned that it was engineered with the driver in mind. Customer demand has to date been very strong, adding to the exceptional business development for Rolls-Royce, in Saudi-Arabia in 2008.”

Rolls-Royce Motor Cars´ regional director for the Middle East, Peter Schoppmann, added:  “Being amongst the Top 10 markets in the world, Saudi-Arabia is showing strong demand for all our models – adding to the business growth of Rolls-Royce in the Middle East region. I am convinced that the new Coupé will write its own chapter in our continued success story.”

Stylish and agile, the Phantom Coupé is the most driver-orientated car in the current range, he said.

“It is a Rolls-Royce for a true driving enthusiast and a sublime choice for a transcontinental trip. The Coupé’s pace, performance and style guarantees both passenger and driver will emerge fresh and at ease – even after a full day of driving. The interior can be illuminated by an optional starlight headliner, more than 1,600 fibre-optics give the impression of a star-filled night sky,” said a statement.

Each car is individually built by highly skilled craftsmen and women at the company’s world headquarters in Goodwood, on the south coast of England.  –TradeArabia News Service
