Radisson Blu adds new executive chef

Radisson Blu Hotel, Dubai Media City has appointed Hassan Massood as the new executive chef for the Hotel.
In this role, chef Massood will oversee the culinary operations for the entire kitchen division.
Formerly the executive sous chef at Royal Tulip Hotel, Hassan has been a part of F&B industry, for more than 15 years, mainly in the Middle East, Far East and Africa.
Hassan has served at several of top-notch restaurants in Dubai including Rodeo Grill at Al Bustan Rotana Hotel. In 2003, the restaurant was nominated as in the Top 5 Italian restaurants where Hassan was the then Italian head chef.
The award winning Chef’s House at the hotel features an open kitchen and grills stations and offers a relaxing ambience in a convenient location, said a company statement.-TradeArabia News Service
