Hamdan Bin Mohammed e-University, the first e-University in the UAE, is displaying its latest academic books and journals at the ongoing Abu Dhabi International Book Fair, which is being held from March 17 to 22.

The Publishing House at the e-University began publishing journals and academic books on Total Quality Management (TQM) and e-learning in English and Arabic in 2003.

“By promoting Total Quality Management and e-learning through our books at the Abu Dhabi fair we hope to encourage residents and UAE nationals to learn more about TQM practices, and e-learning.” said Dr Najwa Sami Dham, dean of Research & Publishing at Hamdan Bin Mohammed e-University.

“At Hamdan Bin Mohammed e-University, we believe that a society conversant with TQM practices can positively shape the future of the Arab World.”

TQM is a way of thinking about goals, organisations and processes. It is also a management style that is centred on quality and meets stakeholder needs without compromising onethical values, added Dham.-TradeArabia News Service
