O2 to promote Marina Durrat Al Bahrain

Marina Durrat Al Bahrain Company, a prominent real estate development project in Bahrain, has signed up with O2 Marketing Communications.
As per the agreement O2 will takeover the promotion and marketing communications of the Marina Durrat Al Bahrain project.
The project, which will occupy an area of about 600,000 sq m at a total cost of about $1.3 billion, is the biggest of its kind in the Kingdom.
Marina Durrat Al Bahrain is arguably one of the leading housing projects in the Gulf region. It is being developed jointly by the Alkhaleej Development Company (Tameer), which owns 60 per cent of the project and Durrat Al Bahrain which owns the remaining 40 per cent of the stakes, said an official spokesman.
The project, which has been planned to be the most beautiful and luxurious marina in the Gulf region, will have all kinds of state-of-the-art equipment and luxuries, including the ability to accommodate 400 luxurious boats.
Consisting of 4,000 housing units, the project will have all the necessary amenities and first class facilities including a chain of first class restaurants, Marina walk, cafeterias, shopping malls, gyms, spas and other facilities that will make it one of the best tourist attractions in the world
AlKhaleej Development Company (Tameer) is one of the leading real estate developers in the Gulf region. It has a long list of housing and industrial projects to its credit, including the Bahrain Investment Wharf, which is a collaborative venture between the company and the Ministry of Trade and Industry.
Others include the Tala Island project and the Marina Durrat Al Bahrain.
Board member of Marina Durrat Al Bahrain and vice-chairman of Al khaleej Development ( Tameer) Ahmad Al Qattan and managing director of O2 Marketing Communications Mohammed Al-Jahmani signed the agreement.
Marina Durrat Al Bahrain board member Majid Al-Khan, chief of investment officer of Marina Durrat Al Bahrain Othman Janahi, and Durrat Al Bahrain communications and public relations manager Yasir Al Hammadi were present during the signing.
Based on the agreement, O2 Marketing Communications will launch an extensive marketing and promotional campaign internationally using various print and electronic media channels, including satellite TV channels, newspapers and magazines. – TradeArabia News Service
