Artoc sponsors CNN show

The Artoc Group has launched its first international, multimedia campaign with CNN.

CNN International said Artoc is to sponsor its monthly programme, ‘CNN Business Traveller’. 

This sponsorship makes CNN International the first international platform chosen by the Egyptian international investment group to promote the brand to a global audience.

The multimedia campaign centres on the sponsorship of ‘CNN Business Traveller’ which offers insight, advice and inspiration to global business travellers, assisting them in every aspect of their busy lifestyle. 

The deal includes TV advertising on CNN International and extensive banner advertising on CNN.com, including exclusive advertising brand presence on the ‘CNN Business Traveller’ microsite.

Commenting on the deal, Rani R Raad, vice-president of Ad Sales at CNN International, said:

Presented each month by CNN anchor Richard Quest, ‘CNN Business Traveller’ examines the hectic world of corporate travel and provides tips on maintaining viewers’ careers, health and relationships on the go.

The show features segments such as ‘On the road with…’ which follows top CEOs through their travel schedules and ‘Road Test’, where contributors test the latest travel gadgets.

On air, Artoc advertisements feature within the ‘CNN Business Traveller’ programme and across sponsored programme highlights that air throughout the month. 

This is supported by a strategic spot campaign and by online branding across the enhanced ‘CNN Business Traveller’ microsite which has been redeveloped following the July re-launch of CNN.com.

The show airs to CNN International audiences across Europe, the Middle East, Africa, Asia Pacific, South Asia and Japan. TradeArabia News Service
