DUBAI, November 2, 2017
Reel Cinemas has launched the UAE’s first movie pass membership to celebrate the success of the first stage in the remarkable transformation of the cinemas that also brings unprecedented F&B (food and beverages) experiences for moviegoers.
For Dh79 ($21.5) a month or Dh199 ($54.1) for three-months, members have access to unlimited screenings at Reel Cinemas in The Dubai Mall and Dubai Marina Mall every day of the week in Standard Cinemas, said a statement from Emaar Retail.
This also means members can experience the amazing transformation of the cinemas that are ongoing, it stated.
"Reel Cinemas – The Dubai Mall now has 14 transformed screens open, with more to come, with a highlight feature of the renovation being the introduction of Dolby Atmos surround sound, which fills the cinema with rich, breath-taking audio from every direction; and Barco Flagship Laser Projectors, across every screen in the Reel Cinemas circuit – specifically designed to fit each theatre, ensuring an unparalleled cinematic experience no matter where you sit," said a company spokesman.
"Taking digital technologies to a new level, the tech-savvy Reel Cinemas has also introduced a wholly digital-focused on-ground cinematic customer journey. Every aspect, from purchasing tickets to ordering and collecting delicious food and beverages will be part of a digital journey in addition to making the pre-cinema experience faster," he added.
According to him, Reel Cinemas has launched its new strategy to bring premium F&B to the cinema experience offering more quality choices for movie-goers, with several new partners showcasing their diverse selection of delicacies.
A wide and exciting range of food includes speciality burgers, pizza, cookies, cupcakes, pancakes and a wide range of hot and cold beverages even including the traditional Karak, said the spokesman.
This brings the largest range of F&B experiences for moviegoers in a cinema setting in the UAE, he added.-TradeArabia News Service
