YSoft, Konica Minolta launch new enterprise solution

YSoft Corporation and Konica Minolta Business Solutions Middle East have launched a new platform providing a one-stop solution with benefits of expanding beyond print management and managed content services (MCS).

The new SafeQ Platform builds on the product’s reputation for reducing print services costs by 30 per cent and, in some cases up to 50 per cent, improving workflow productivity and increasing document security, a statement said.

With the new document workflow solutions, Konica Minolta can help our customers automate their routinely repetitive paper workflow, making them more efficient and cost effective, it added.

One of the many new features of SafeQ6 is Multi-tenancy. This allows Konica Minolta to manage multiple customers levering infrastructure efficiency, where total costs for hardware and software are shared amongst several customers.

Other features of SafeQ6 include:

•    Client Based Print Roaming - Print Roaming, which enables users to print from any printer in the environment, is now expanded giving the option to have complex tasks associated with printing done on the client workstation. This means fewer and less expensive servers are needed to support existing and scale for new users.

•    YSoft SafeQ Mobile Terminal - a mobile app that can be used with Konica Minolta multifunction devices and is also a cost saving choice for devices without an embedded terminal option.
