Bahrain-based kitesurfer eyes world record

A kitesurfer based in Bahrain is aiming to break her second world record by crossing the Arabian Gulf to Oman.
German national Anke Brandt already holds the Guinness World Record for longest continuous kitesurfing journey by a woman, which she set on March 1 last year, reported the Gulf Daily News, our sister publication.
