Icflix partners with TE Data to offer content in Egypt

DUBAI, June 29, 2015

Icflix, a leading internet streaming service in the Middle East and North Africa (Mena) region, has partnered with TE Data to enable customers in Egypt to watch movies, TV shows and documentaries on any internet-enabled device.

TE Data customers can subscribe to the Icflix premium service by visiting the nearest point of sale from June 10, said a statement.

This will give them access to a wide variety of movies and TV shows from Jazwood (Arabic), Hollywood and Bollywood, it said.

Partnering for the launch in Egypt, Icflix and TE Data will be offering one month free to all TE Data customers.

The partnership highlights the continued commitment to put the best content and entertainment in front of Egyptians.

Armed with TE Data’s reliable network, customers will be able to unlock a world of movies and TV series while on the go.

Carlos Tibi, chief executive officer and founder, Icflix, said: “Our partnership will offer TE Data customers across Egypt a new avenue of viewing choice. This is great news for those who enjoy watching movies and TV series on demand.
