Shiamak Davar, a top Indian choreographer, will orchestrate all the dance performances at the upcoming Arab Indo Bollywood Awards (AIBA) 2015 in Dubai, UAE.

The first edition the of the awards ceremony is being organised by Benchmark Media in association with Al Bustan Group and will take place on May 29 at Meydan Racecourse.

Arab Indo Bollywood Awards is first of its kind and with a sincere effort to promote Indian Cinema in the Arab World, thus reaching out to millions of its fans in the Gulf and all over the world.

Entertainment Icon, Shiamak Davar is better known as the “Guru of Contemporary Dance” in India. He is largely responsible for modernizing India’s dance scene especially in the film and theatre industry.

“Bollywood is extremely popular the world over and I’m looking forward to taking it to this magnificent city with AIBA,” said Davar.

“I love choreographing stage shows and this is another fantastic opportunity to showcase the larger than life experience that Bollywood brings. Dance truly bridges cultures and I’m sure this will be a landmark event.”
