Qatar Pavilion Committee for the upcoming Expo 2015 in Milan, Italy has launched the website of Qatar Pavilion, which enables visitors to stay up-to-date with the programmes and events at the showpiece.

The international exhibition will run between May 1 and October 31.

The Qatar Pavilion Committee explained in its statement that the design of the website was founded on strategic ideas and principles, taking into consideration the cultural and intellectual reserve, and the necessity of preserving and documenting the same for the future generations.

The website offers valuable and cultivating information acquired through the numerous participations in world exhibitions and formalities, and which shed the light on the matters that are raised from time to time, the Committee explained.

The website allows the visitor, through its various sections, to live the experience and stay up-to-date with the programmes and events of Qatar Pavilion, and paves the way for social communication and sharing of opinions and comments.

The website is designed in three languages, namely the Arabic, English and Italian, while the French language is expected to be added soon.

The website comprises four main sections, including general information on Qatar and on Qatar Pavilion, in addition to the various events that will organised during the exhibition, and a media center containing the latest news and activities.

Expo Milano 2015 is organised under the slogan "Feeding the Planet, Energy for Life", and Qatar is participating under the slogan "Sustainability Seeds: Innovated Solutions for Food Security". - TradeArabia News Service
