Gemini Property Developers, a boutique real estate developer in the UAE, has signed a long-term agreement with SPF Realty, a leading real estate brokerage firm in Dubai, to market and sell Gemini projects in and outside the UAE.

The arrangement covers the UAE and international markets except India to bring investors to Gemini projects, said a statement.

The current project of Gemini Group is an eight-storey residential building, Splendor, being built at Sobha Hartland within the Mohammed Bin Rashid (MBR) City. About 70 per cent of the construction work on the project has been completed.

The project, with a built-up area of over 320,000 sq ft, will include 134 residential units comprising spacious one-, two- and three-bedroom apartments, penthouses and townhouses equipped with state-of-the-art amenities.

Apartment units range from 780 sq ft to 3,400 sq ft. The community will also have comprehensive retail, shopping and entertainment facilities, along with much-needed green spaces.
