Eagle Hills Diyar, a private real estate investment and development company based in Bahrain, showcased one of its upcoming real estate projects, Marassi Al Bahrain, at a four-day exhibition held in Doha, Qatar.

The exclusive exhibit held at the St Regis Hotel gave Qatari nationals and visitors a preview of the unique residential opportunities available within Marassi Residences and Marassi Shores Residences, said a statement from Eagle Hills Diyar, a joint venture between Bahraini developer Diyar Al Muharraq and Abu Dhabi-based real estate investment and development company Eagle Hills.

The 875,000-sq-m waterfront destination is located on the eastern shores of the master-development Diyar Al Muharraq.

The Marassi Al Bahrain masterplan includes 4,500 luxury apartments, 250,000 sq m of retail space, and the iconic Marassi Galleria, a 178,000-sq-m high-end lifestyle and shopping destination, which will feature a range of entertainment and dining options, lush gardens, and shaded walkways.

In addition, there will be two world-class hotels The Address Marassi Al Bahrain and Vida Marassi Al Bahrain, 300 branded apartments, a 34,000 sq m central park with play areas for all ages, a 2,000 sq m sales centre, two kilometres of sandy beach, and a range of restaurants and cafés.  

With piling works now completed on Marassi Residences as part of the master development’s first phase, a ground-breaking was recently held to mark the beginning of construction of the Marassi Al Bahrain master development, said the developer.

The project is set to become the kingdom’s premier ‘smart city’, offering luxury homes, high-end shopping, leisure and entertainment, it added.-TradeArabia News Service
