The Microsoft-based private cloud solutions that offers IT-as-a-Service will make it easier for businesses in the region to move into a cutting-edge cloud computing environment, taking their IT capabilities to a higher level easily, quickly and cost-effectively, said the company in a statement.

In today's economy, both government departments and private companies are under a tremendous amount of pressure to reduce costs without sacrificing the level of quality and services provided by their IT departments, it added.

A recent survey found that overall technology spending has fallen drastically over the last year and IT spending is expected to continue to decline.
