Jaggaer to announce new products at Munich conference

MUNICH, May 29, 2018

US-based Jaggaer, a leading independent spend management company, will announce innovative new products as well as present its two-year technology roadmap to customers from multiple commercial industries and public sectors, at an upcoming conference.

Jaggaer’s international conference, REVInternational, will be hosted at the Sheraton Munich Arabellapark Hotel in Munich, Germany, on June 25 and 26.

The conference will gather Jaggaer customers, suppliers, procurement leaders, and partners to share best practices from across Europe and the Middle East, in addition to discussing the latest in eProcurement innovation, trends and strategies, said a company statement.

Jaggaer has also announced a dynamic speaker line-up for its conference, it said.

Jaggaer will specifically address the numerous points of integration between its powerful platforms, designed to cover all types of business spend, it added.

The International Data Corporation (IDC) said that regional organisations will ramp up their IoT investments which is forecast to grow 15 per cent year-on-year in 2018, with spending predicted to reach $6.99 billion in 2018 and $12.62 billion by 2021.

With IoT and digital transformation on the rise in the Middle East, it is now more important than ever to take advantage of powerful analytics embedded into an organisation’s supply chain to drive business growth, IDC added.

Jaggaer chief executive officer Robert Bonavito will deliver the opening keynote addressing the themes of active customer engagement, listening and innovation.

Bonavito will highlight numerous customer successes and provide a company history delineating the construction of the world’s most comprehensive best-of-breed solutions suite. Futurist Stefan Hyttfors, will provide the signature keynote.

Additional speakers include Diego Pedroli, procurement and logistics director, illycaffè; Dr Klaus Staubitzer, chief procurement officer, Siemens AG; Ervino Riccobon, procurement opinion leader in automotive industry; Alberto Alfonso Kurano, procurement development and processes strategic analyst, CEPSA; Antonio Fioretti, CPO Ansaldo Energia; Hansjörg III, global procurement manager VP, Bühler AG; and Rolf Zimmer, founder and managing director, riskmethods GmbH.
