Pegasus Agriculture expands farms in Abu Dhabi

ABU DHABI, May 31, 2017

Pegasus Agriculture group, one of the leading owners and operators of hydroponic farming facilities in the Middle East and North Africa (Mena), has expanded its farms in Abu Dhabi, UAE.

Hydroponic farming is a method of growing plants using mineral rich nutrient solutions in water, without soil.

With its dry desert climate, the company identified the need to provide sustainable solutions to local food production and reduce the heavy reliance of food imports within the UAE, the company said.

Pegasus Agriculture Group operates from its head office strategically located in Dubai.
