Gulf Craft yachts to meet Dubai Water Canal requirements

DUBAI, January 8, 2017

UAE-based Gulf Craft, a leading yacht and boat builder, has announced that all of its fly-bridge motor yachts that it manufactures for the UAE market will meet Dubai Water Canal requirements.

The company’s fleet of Majesty Yachts and Nomad Yachts will all be constructed in accordance with the height limits of Dubai Water Canal, as specified by the regulator, the Dubai Roads and Transport Authority (RTA), said a statement from the company.

The latest decision is part of the award-winning builder’s ongoing efforts to help owners seamlessly experience the emirate’s newest waterway, allowing them to sail through the heart of Dubai within the comfort and safety of the canal, it said.

Craig Rodgers, operations manager at Gulf Craft’s Majesty Yachts and Nomad Yachts facility, said: “By doing this, we ensure that our customers can enjoy all the leisure marine experiences the UAE has to offer.”

Rodgers added that the first modified yachts will be available for review at the Dubai International Boat Show which will kick off its activities at the end of February, it stated. – TradeArabia News Service
