Mwasalat, Be’ah sign deal for bus supply, maintenance

MUSCAT, January 3, 2017

Oman National Transport Company ‘Mwasalat’, a government-owned company, and Oman Environmental Services Holding Company ‘Be’ah’ recently signed a deal for the supply, operation and maintenance of buses in the sultanate, said a report.

As per the agreement, Mwasalat will buy one bus which will be the first of its kind in Oman to create environment awareness, added the Oman Tribune report.

The bus will be provided with various facilities fit for travelling for long distances. Mwasalat will operate and maintain the bus as per international standards, it said.

The agreement was signed by Ahmed Bin Ali Al Balushi, CEO of Mwasalat and Eng Tariq Bin Ali Al Amri, CEO of Be’ah.
