Mazola Lite Mayonnaise wins top award

Mazola, a pioneer of healthy and quality food products across the Gulf, announced that its Mazola Lite Mayonnaise won the ‘Product of the Year – Gulf 2016’ recognition, at an event in Dubai, UAE.
The award is a strong endorsement for the brand, its taste and quality, as this is the only award in the FMCG sector which is voted through an independent survey involving 3,600 consumers across the GCC, said a statement from the company.
The award works with over 100 multinationals globally to recognise truly unique products, it said.
The recognition is Mazola Lite Mayonnaise’s third win as the ‘Product of the Year’ in four years of participation, having won earlier in 2013 and 2015, it added.
The award was handed over at a ceremony attended by leading players from the fast-moving consumer goods sectors, distinguished guests and officials, said the statement.
The Mazola mayonnaise products provide a healthy balance of dietary fats that are important for health and well-being and offer a rich, creamy taste. The addition of inulin, a substance that is considered as a prebiotic is one of the key factors in reducing fat content in Mazola Lite, which clearly epitomizes Mazola’s caring approach in developing healthy products, it added.
