Trinseo to showcase diverse material solutions range

Trinseo, a global materials company and manufacturer of plastics, latex and rubber, is set to showcase a range of material solutions at a leading international trade fair for plastics in Germany.
The Fakuma will run from October 13 to 17 in Friedrichshafen.
This is the first year the company will be exhibiting as Trinseo (previously Styron), highlighting its role in a wide range of plastics application areas, said a statement.
Trinseo will underscore its engineering capabilities in the industries it supports, demonstrating how its product development is aligned with global trends such as lightweighting, energy efficiency, safety and cost reduction.
It will feature success stories from its market-serving solutions emphasizing the key performance indicators (KPIs) that are most meaningful to its customers.
In addition to exhibiting, Wassim Berrak, sales manager - Consumer Essential Markets, and Mike Hale, development leader, Research and Development, will present the company’s progress in the development of chemical resistant polycarbonate grades for medical applications.
Trinseo’s line of products demonstrates a profound understanding of the specific needs of each of the markets it serves and how the company works to meet these needs through creativity and innovation, said the statement.
