Bahrain Aluminium Extrusion Company (Balexco) has been awarded a renewal of its ISO9001:2008 standard and Quality Management System by Bureau Veritas.

The renewal was achieved after a rigorous audit, of its operation and supporting departments, to confirm compliance to the requirements of the standard, said a statement from the company.

The renewal, which is valid through to September 2018, provides an assurance to customers and companies dealing with Balexco that its products and services being provided are in line with an internationally recognised standard for quality management, it said.

Jassim Mohd Seyadi, chief executive officer was presented with the renewal ISO9001:2008 certificate by Zulfiqar Haider, Bureau Veritas, country chief executive for Bahrain, it added. – TradeArabia News Service
