“With this enhanced partnership we are combining DHL Exel Supply Chain’s vast resources and international expertise with the local knowledge and strengths of Bahwan Cybertek, Oman’s leading business transformation company.

“Both companies present a unique synergy of unmatched supply chain capabilities,” said country managing director, Bahwan DHL Exel Supply Chain, Paul Spyropoulos.

Bahwan DHL Exel Supply Chain is capable of providing clients with both third and fourth party logistics solutions for the total supply chain, ranging from consulting and design to management and execution,” added Spyropoulos.

Outsourcing supply chain operations helps companies focus on their core competencies and customer service, while Bahwan DHL Exel Supply Chain effectively manages their inventories and deliveries.

The company will also add further value to customers by offering the global capabilities of DHL Global Forwarding and DHL Express.

“Over the years Oman has pursued a balanced and sustainable growth model with equal emphasis on developing its natural resources, business sector and human resources.  Bringing world-class logistics services to Oman’s petroleum industry, through this joint venture, will provide an opportunity for our employees throughout the country, to learn and gain experience from the best global supply chain operator in the world,” said chairperson DHL Exel Supply Chain and Bahwan CyberTek Group Hind Suhail Bahwan.
