Around nine million litres of floodwater were removed from Bahrain’s roads and drains yesterday (November 25) following heavy downpours overnight. Dozens of tankers were deployed to clear the floods, which reached a height of one metre in some areas, said a report in the Gulf Daily News (GDN), our sister publication.
