Bahrain set to meet UN sustainability goals
MANAMA, September 21, 2015
Bahrain is on track to achieve 17 United Nations sustainable development goals by the 2030 deadline, according to a senior government official. The UN’s Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) are part of an ambitious global initiative that aims to eradicate poverty and promote world peace, among other things, said a report in the Gulf Daily News (GDN), our sister publication.
