Phytomer, the leading brand of marine based cosmetics, has launched its newly developed “Sea-Water Pearls Ritual” in the Middle East.

The “Sea-Water Pearls Ritual” moisturising facial treatment created at the Phytomer Spa in Saint-Malo, France, is a comprehensive ritual that uses all of the benefits of seawater to intensely moisturise the face and hands, helping to prevent signs of premature skin aging.

“Formulated with unique, effective professional products from marine biotechnology, this treatment helps skin to stay soft, supple, and comfortable,” the company said.

The facial massage with Seawater Pearls boluses provides total relaxation while stimulating microcirculation for an optimally effective treatment.

Seawater Pearls boluses are made from a gel pearls containing moisturising and revitalising marine-based active ingredients, Natural Gigartina Powder (an ultra moisturising algae), and is inspired by traditional Thai methods.

The treatment has six steps process designed to stimulate the senses. The first phase is the Relax Back massage - a real signature of Phytomer relaxation method devoted to relaxation and well-being. A back massage is followed by a body stretching method and is usually done with adding a relaxing serum as part of the initial serene atmosphere. This phase is completed with the Self-Heating Marine Mud application along the spine. The fourth phase is the face massage with Gigartina boluses – ultra moisturising algae and seawater pearls - which strengthen cellular cohesion and improve the quality of the skin. The pearls contain many minerals and trace elements, such as iron, copper, zinc, manganese, calcium and magnesium. 

The fifth phase is the application of Hydracontinue relaxing moisturising mask. Letting the masks stay for 10 minutes gives the perfect opportunity to perform a hand and arm massage with Hydracontinue Moisturizing Hand Cream. The final phase ends after the self-heating marine mud is removed and an application of moisturising facial, eye, and hands cream are added for each skin type.
