Senaat to offer over 150 jobs at Tawdheef

Senaat, a top industrial investment holding company in the UAE, will offer over 150 immediate job placements to qualified applicants at Tawdheef, the region’s leading recruitment event taking place in Abu Dhabi.
Tawdheef is running from January 29 to 31at Abu Dhabi National Exhibition Centre.
For the sixth consecutive year, as an Industrial Partner, Senaat will offer jobs on the group level and at its portfolio companies including Emirates Steel, National Petroleum Construction Company (NPCC), Ducab, Arkan, Talex and Al Foah and Taweelah Aluminium Extrusion Company (Talex).
The job vacancies represent a wide range of disciplines, including finance, supply chain, human resources, administration and project management, sales and marketing, engineering and information technology for both entry-level and experienced candidates.
In line with its ambitious Emiratisation strategy, specifically in the industrial sector, Senaat continues to make great progress in creating opportunities for Emiratis. All senior leadership positions are now held by the UAE Nationals, with an outstanding Emiratisation rate of 64percentachieved at the holding company level.
Tawdheef has been instrumental in enabling Senaat to successfully place 123 Emirati employees throughout the group during the past year, as the total number of the Emirati employees now in the company has reached to around 1350 employees. By 2020, Senaat aims to increase the number of Emirati employees to more than 2000 employees in Senaat and its subsidiaries, comprising 32 per cent of its workforce.
