GOV HR Summit set for kick-off in Abu Dhabi

The fourth edition of the GOV HR Summit, the biggest HR event for the government and public sector in the Mena region, will open tomorrow (October 25) to run until October 27 at the Emirates Palace Hotel, Abu Dhabi, UAE.
Hosted by Dubai-based QnA International, the by-invite Summit will be attended by senior level officials, director generals, chief human resource officers, group VP HR from ministries, government, semi-government and public sector organizations.
Organized around the theme of “Creating a Breakthrough in People Performance”, conference and one day master class is the only GCC focused event bringing together leading HR leaders from the government, public sector and quasi government organizations from the GCC to share regional best practices on achieving happiness, automation of HR, talent strategy operations, engagement and productivity, digital transformation and adapting to change, capability gap, workforce optimization, attracting Arab women into the workforce, competency and performance management, and other indispensable topics.
The summit will also share how some organizations are managing to stay ahead of the curve during these dynamic times.

The two-day conference will be followed by the prestigious GCC GOV HR Awards on October 26.
