Mercer in strategic tie-up with Talent Enterprise

Mercer Middle East, a top human resources consultancy has entered into a strategic partnership with The Talent Enterprise (TTE), a leading employability and leadership development consultancy based in Dubai, UAE.
Under the terms of the agreement, Mercer, will utilize TTE’s expertise in the areas of assessment and leadership for its Talent Business vertical in GCC countries, while TTE will benefit from Mercer’s regional prominence in HR consulting services, as well as providing access to Mercer’s additional health, retirement and investment service offerings.
The reciprocal arrangement will cover the UAE, Saudi Arabia, Qatar, Bahrain and Kuwait.

Led by co-founder and CEO David Jones and based out of Dubai, The Talent Enterprise has built a strong reputation in talent consulting in the Middle East market over the past four years.
