ESI International, a leading project management training company, is presenting an insightful session on project managing an organisation’s strategy to drive best results at an ongoing show in Dubai.

The two-day Training and Development Show Middle East will conclude tomorrow (December 9) at the Dubai International Convention and Exhibition Centre.

Rehan Naeem, ESI’s regional manager, Middle East, will address delegates attending the region's leading human resources, training and workplace development exhibition and conference, on the second day, with a session entitled ‘Project Managing your Organisation’s Strategy for Best Results.’

“Most organisations have a great strategy but fail to execute it leading to disappointing results. Creating a strategy is easy but its proper execution is key to long term commercial success,” said Naeem.

According to a 2013 report by The Economist, which analysed the reasons why good strategies fail, around 61 per cent of the 587 C-level executives and senior management representatives surveyed acknowledged that their firms struggle to bridge the gap between strategy formulation and its day-to-day implementation.
