Bahrain training centre wins excellence award
Manama, December 1, 2011
Bahrain-based Roshcomm, an accredited training centre (ATC), has won the prestigious Circle of Excellence Award for 2011.
Bestowed by the EC Council, a global leader in information security, information assurance training and e-business certification, the award recognises organisations who have made significant contributions to the international security community, and who have shown ongoing commitment to improving information and security education.
Roshcomm is the first company to win this global award in Bahrain.
Each year, the EC Council Awards committee looks at their network of more than 450 ATCs and selects only five organisations across the Middle East and North Africa, to receive this honour.
"The annual EC Council awards highlight the commitment and achievements of our global partners and trainers that have contributed to the information security community," said EC Council president Jay Bavisi.
"We are pleased to honour so many accomplished training providers and instructors that are committed to the betterment of world-class information security education globally.
"The winners should be congratulated for their achievements and dedication to the information security industry in their respective region," he added.
"It takes a lot of hard work and dedication to achieve the Circle of Excellence Award, and to be recognised as the first organisation in Bahrain makes us really proud," said Roshcomm marketing director Helen Lobo.
"I am particularly proud that we were selected as the only ATC in the GCC and we are pleased to bring this award to Bahrain.
"We are honoured to be recognised by the EC Council and especially pleased that outstanding feedback from customers on our exceptional quality was a leading criteria for this distinguished award," she added. – TradeArabia News Service
