Pearson VUE opens Dubai office

Pearson VUE, a leader in computer-based testing, has opened an office in Dubai to meet the Middle East's increasing demand for e-assessment.
The company has also appointed Arabic-speaking staff at the new office.
Pearson VUE had signed a series of major contracts with clients based in the UAE, Egypt, Bahrain and Saudi Arabia, as it now plans to expand its operations across the entire region.
Local clients of the company include the Roads and Transport Authority for Dubai and the Health Authority – Abu Dhabi, while regional clients include the General Council for Islamic Banks and Financial Institutions, the African Society for Quality Healthcare, Fortress and Batterjee Medical College.
“We remain dedicated to spreading a culture of computer-based testing throughout the Middle East in order to support its growing need for new technologies in education and assessment,” said Suzana Lopes, Pearson VUE, VP Emea Sales and Marketing.
