The impact of proactive human resource (HR) strategies on the organisation’s success, as well the use of dramatic and visual arts in HR management will be discussed at an upcoming HR conference in Dubai.

Etisalat Academy, a leading business training solutions provider and consultancy, said the ninth Middle East HR Conference & Expo will be held on May 6 and 6  at Atlantis – The Palm Dubai.

The conference, held this year under the theme of ‘HR takes the lead’, will also focus on the creation of leadership pipelines and organisational alignment and change.
