Hyperlink, StepStone to promote ‘talent appeal’

Abu Dhabi, April 14, 2009

Hyperlink, an Oracle implementation company, Stepstone, a leading HR software and services provider, have teamed up to promote a talent management concept to help companies analyse and retain the right talent.

Under this partnership, StepStone and Hyperlink will promote human capital management (HCM) also known as talent management, which is the current process that organisations use to attract appropriately skilled and motivated employees, integrate them into their organisations, assess and develop their competences and retain their commitment.

This affiliation has come at the right time when companies feel the real need for analysing and retaining the right talent, which is facing the pressure from the global economic slowdown.

More than 16,000 organisations use StepStone’s technology products and services to attract, retain and develop talent.

These products and services are hosted by StepStone and delivered on-demand through the Internet so they are easy and cost effective to utilise, maintain and upgrade.

With this partnership, StepStone will leverage Hyperlink’s deep domain expertise in the Middle East that encompasses 100+ Oracle application installations for public sector organisations, utilities, process manufacturing and financial services companies.

It will offer talent management solutions to these customers; access to business consultants who are conversant in the local language and a strong sales force spread across the Middle-East.

“This is a great opportunity for Hyperlink and an added advantage for the users of HCM,” said Matthew Parker, group managing director, StepStone Solutions.

“We are thrilled to announce this partnership as it brings two pioneers in the field of information technology together, making StepStone solutions accessible to Middle East customers,” he added.

Dani Diab, vice president of Hyperlink, said: "Hyperlink has always foreseen and understood the need of the customer in the Middle East market. This special relationship helps our company to position more value offering solutions to its customers and StepStone is one good offering in that direction.”

“We are confident that with advanced capabilities and services from StepStone in the area of HCM, coupled with Hyperlink’s strong customer relationships, we would be able to further consolidate a unique value proposition to all customers,” he added. – TradeArabia News Service
