Al Rabie Saudi Foods Co, a leading producer of dairy products and juices in Saudi Arabia, signed an agreement with the Kingdom's Human Resources Development Fund to train and recruit 100 Saudi youngsters.

Al Rabie general manager Monther Bin Trad Al Harthi explained that Al Rabie’s strategy of recruiting Saudi nationals will help promote the development of Saudi youth and is in line with the Saudisation program set by King Abdullah.

'We will be training and employing 100 Saudi nationals; we are currently in the process of conducting several programs such as training courses for various fields such as management and technical training to complement the needs of the company,' he said.

'We have been employing Saudi nationals with impressive qualifications since the company was founded in 1980. At Al Rabie our employees are of diverse nationalities, although our focus is to increase the number of Saudi nationals as we believe in the skills and abilities of the Saudi youth,' he added.-TradeArabia News Service
