Oman Mobile staff graduate at Etisalat Academy

Fifty employees of Oman Mobile graduated in the ‘Leadership Programme’ at the Etisalat Academy eCompetency Centre.
Over the course of their studies, Oman Mobile’s staff were assessed on their leadership ability through state-of-the-art systems and judged in comparison with the most prestigious international leadership benchmarks.
The programme was provided by Etisalat Academy’s eCompetency centre in collaboration with SHL Group International form UK.
The graduation ceremony was sponsored by chairman of Omantel Group Sultan Al Harthy.
It was attended by managing director, Oman Mobile, Dr Amer Al Rawas, Competency Centre manager Mariam Mohammad, consultant, Competency Centre, Suzan Annie, consultant of SHL Group Andrew Keak and many other senior managers from Oman Mobile.
Al Harthy presented the graduation certificates to the participants.
The programme focused on assessing the current status of the department heads and managers competency, and determined the procedures required to develop them. A team of consultants from Etisalat Academy e Competency Center and SHL Group (UK) supervised the programme.
