Ajman varsity offers evening classes

The Faculty of Information Technology at Ajman University of Science & Technology (AUST) has begun evening classes in Information Systems.

“A number of applicants, who are already holding key positions in their firms, have expressed their will to join the B Sc  program in Information Systems. Therefore we decided to open an evening session as of 4pm,” said Dr Mahmoud Abou Naaj, the dean of the Faculty of Information Technology of AUST.

The curriculum for this major has been designed according to the Association of Computing Machinery (ACM) and Institute of Electrical and Electronics Engineers (IEEE) international standard and customised to cope with the great demand for Information Systems professionals in the UAE and the region.

The Information Systems major at AUST provides a quality education that allows graduates of the program to understand, design, implement, use and manage Information Systems, and pursue a rewarding  career and adapt to evolving technology in the IS field.

Students are eligible for bachelor in Information Systems after the completion of 126 credits hours, which normally takes three to four years. – TradeArabia News Service
