Dubai-based Community Development Authority (CDA) has joined the unified customer complaints’ portal on the Dubai Government eComplain website to strengthen communication with customers through accredited channels.

This initiative is part of CDA’s commitment to applying eGovernment policies and enhancing the level of services provided to customers, said a CDA statement.
