Abu Dhabi council, WRDC ink pact

Abu Dhabi Council for Economic Development (ADCED) and the Western Region Development Council (WRDC) have signed a MoU to further enhance their partnership and collaboration.
The MoU is intended to enhance the exchange of data, strategies, views, information and policies between the two organizations. The purpose is also to conduct joint studies, research projects and to develop joint activities.
WRDC director general Mohamed Hamad Bin Azzan Al Mazrouei and ADCED deputy director general Fahad Saeed Al Raqbani signed the pact at the ADCED office in the presence of senior staff from both organisations.
Al Mazrouei said the MoU was of great importance as it will contribute to enhancing and increasing the size of data, researches and information exchanged, in addition to discussing strategies, policies, plans and regulations developed by the two parties.
'It is a part of our endeavour to realise the goals set out in the strategic plan of the Emirate of Abu Dhabi and to consolidate its position as an economic destination on the world map,' he stated.
Al Raqbani dubbed the agreement as an important step in enhancing co-operation between WRDC and ADCED.
“We are indeed sharing the same vision and objective. The Abu Dhabi Economic Vision 2030 is at the very heart of our every day dedication. Both our two young organizations are committed to ensure the continued success of the emirate’s sustainable and balanced economic development and diversification,' he added.-TradeArabia News Service
