Iman unveils 266-unit mixed-use project in Jumeirah

Iman developers, a Dubai-based luxury residential developer, has announced the launch of its newest mixed-use residential project - One Park Square - in Jumeirah Village Circle (JVC).
Valued at AED320 million ($87 million), One Park Square received an overwhelming investor response leading to the property getting sold out within four hours of its launch. Iman’s 14th development, One Park Square is scheduled for completion in Q2 2028.
Unveiling the project, Iman said it draws the unique design inspiration from the natural beauty of Dubai’s desert landscape, with a stunning beige and gold facade that captures the essence of desert sands and the tranquil flow of water.
It is a meticulously planned high-rise comprising 24 floors with a mix of residential and retail spaces. The development features 266 residential units and three retail units, offering a range of options to suit diverse lifestyles.
These include 107 studios, 115 one- and 34 two-bedroom apartments as well as six two-bedroom duplexes and four three-bedroom penthouses.
