Douglas OHI lands major Abu Dhabi gas plant work

Douglas OHI, a leading regional construction and engineering group operating in the GCC, has been awarded a major contract by British oil major Petrofac to execute the civil works at the Habshan Complex for the Gas Compressor Plant in Abu Dhabi.
On completion, this world-class plant will significantly boost gas output from the Habshan Complex located west of Abu Dhabi.
With a proven track record of excellence, Douglas OHI have spearheaded numerous major initiatives across oil and gas facilities, industrial plants, infrastructure projects, and in the hospitality and tourism sectors, said its top official.
"This agreement underscores our unwavering commitment to delivering top-tier workmanship and further strengthens our successful partnership with Petrofac," remarked Aaron Hennessy, the Group Managing Director.
On the contract win, General Manager Anil Kumar highlighted the company's consistent expertise in similar projects across the region, showcasing how their capabilities can enhance operational efficiency.
