UAE construction sector ‘to grow to $50.4bn by 2029’

UAE’s construction sector, which has shown 23% growth in Activity Index and achieved $87 billion in project awards in 2023, is projected to grow from $41 billion in 2024 and to $50.40 billion by 2029, with a CAGR of 4.26%.
