Two new services added to Bahrain's building permit portal

Bahrain's Municipalities and Agriculture Affairs has announced the launch of two new online services in the Benayat Building Permit Portal (Benayat). These services are the big addition and the small addition services, reported BNA.
Announcing this, Wael bin Nasser Al Mubarak, the Minister of Municipalities and Agriculture Affairs, said the big addition service would initially be dedicated to investment in non-residential projects, while the small addition service would be available to all classifications.
The portal has significantly developed in the process of issuing building permits, which contributed to increasing investment opportunities in the kingdom, said the report.
The ministry had recently issued the Unified Guidebook of Building Permit Regulations and also facilitated the process of issuing building permits in a short period.
