Holiday home interior design market to hit $28.3bn, says expert

DUBAI, April 1, 2023

The holiday home interior design services market is poised for solid growth over the next three years with the market likely to hit $28.34 billion by 2026 with a compound annual growth rate (CAGR) of 4.53%, according to Nasma Luxury Stays.

A leading holiday home management company, Nasma said this remarkable growth was mainly due to the increasing number of people renting out their homes and the growing demand for improved standards of living.

Studies suggest that a great design aesthetically enhances the interior of a property and makes sure that it adds functionality. Even minor design adjustments such as a few coats of fresh paint or replacing old upholstery is an excellent way to increase the overall kerb appeal of the property, it stated.

Cristina Butcaru, General Manager, Nasma Luxury Stays, pointed out that holiday home interior design has gained popularity over the years and will continue to do so in the future.

An attractive interior not only satisfies the owners but also helps in marketing the property and achieving better results.

The company's focus is on providing aesthetically pleasing and efficient solutions for holiday homeowners, enhancing their user experience by better managing the available space, stated Butcaru.

Nataliya Yordanova, Operations & Design Manager, said: "At Nasma, we ensure that the properties we manage are appealing and functional. Our specialists are responsible for interior design of our client’s properties."

"We evaluate it, listen to their needs, and reflect on options that optimize its use, based on what they want for each section," noted Yordanova.

The Interior design service by Nasma includes survey of the property, space planning, design concept, budget conscious price quotation, purchases, deliveries & installation along with onsite supervision and set up by the interior design experts, she added.

"For holiday homes, the first step toward attracting guests to a property is the location followed by the interiors of the property. Since guests often look at multiple listings at once, it’s important that homeowners make the property stand out in the crowd, and that’s where interior design comes into play," remarked Yordanova.

According to her, there are often lots of homes with similar choices. As such, interior design can help generate traffic to the property.

"The greater the number of people that view the home, the more likely it is that someone will choose to rent the property. Interior design is perfect to give a property that extra edge," she noted.

Nasma firmly believes that holiday home interior design services will continue to grow in the coming years, and they are committed to providing the best services to their clients.

Their team of experts is equipped with the necessary knowledge and skills to transform any holiday home into a luxurious and comfortable space, ensuring a remarkable experience for their clients and their guests, she added.-TradeArabia News Service
