FSI Middle East wins ServeU supply contract

DUBAI, November 8, 2018

FSI Middle East, a leading facilities management (FM) solutions software provider, said it has been awarded a contract to supply and deliver FM software solutions to ServeU Facility Management, a Dubai-based group.

As per the deal, FSI Middle East will deploy its latest Concept Evolution software at ServeU to replace its existing CAFM (computer-aided facility management) system.

“We are responsible for implementing and configuring Concept Evolution in line with ServeU’s business processes which will enable them to optimise their business operations,” explained Robert Stringer, the head of professional services for FSI Middle East.

"All reactive and PPM tasks will be handled by their supervisors using FSI GO devices, and a custom inspector activity has been created which would enable their home services department to raise customer quotations using FSI GO, thereby allowing their inspectors to create instant customer quotations and approvals on the go," he noted.

According to him, Phase Two of the integration process with Microsoft Dynamics 365 system is scheduled for November and will enable the commercial and finance departments to be seamlessly integrated with their operations department.

“Further integration with the company’s Ameyo phone system will enable their call centre to identify the customer information as soon as the call is received in, and we are also in process of installing a customer service app called Concierge which would enable users to register and procure ServeU services instantly from their mobile devices,” he added.

ServeU has been operating in the region since 1976 and employs more than 5,000 staff to manage over 600 clients across the UAE.

ServeU has a unique position in the marketplace with a fully total facilities management service offering including in-house landscaping, water tank cleaning, duct cleaning, MEP, security and cleaning services.

“The management team via, the use of FSI’s upgraded CAFM solution, will now have full transparency on cost and operations, that will deliver overhead efficiencies and drive service optimisations,” stated Gary Reader, the general manager of ServeU.

“In managing such a diverse service business, our senior management team felt it was of the utmost importance to have a fully integrated operations and management tool, and we selected FSI given their strong background in implementing focused FM solutions in both the hard and soft FM realm in the region,” he added.-TradeArabia News Service
