MRHE completes building 500 homes in Dubai

DUBAI, July 12, 2018

Dubai’s Mohammed bin Rashid Housing Establishment (MRHE) has completed the construction of 500 residential units in Oud Al Muteena, for the third quarter of 2018, a media report said.

The units are expected to be distributed in September, as part of the initiatives of President Sheikh Khalifa bin Zayed Al Nahyan, reported Emirates news agency Wam.

Sami Abdullah Gargash, executive director of the MRHE, highlighted the key role of the initiatives in helping to improve the living, economic and social conditions of UAE citizens.

He stressed that the partnership between the initiatives of Sheikh Khalifa and the MRHE will transform the housing sector, provide dignified lives for the emirate’s residents, and achieve social stability. The units will be categorised as "grant residences," he added.

The new residential units were built under modern specifications and comply with the standards of sustainable and green buildings.
