Azizi set for Dubai MBR City housing units sale
DUBAI, June 28, 2018
Azizi Developments, one of the leading private developers in the UAE, has announced a special sales offer for its premium residential units in Azizi Victoria, a new multiphase community living project located in the heart of Dubai at Mohammed Bin Rashid Al Maktoum City - District 7.
Spread over a construction area of 33 million sq ft, Azizi Victoria boasts 105 mid and high-rise residential buildings of 30,000 units of studio, one-, two-, three- and four-bedroom apartments, a retail district and two hotels, said a statement from Azizi.
The project’s architectural style is contemporary freestyle, with occasional postmodern influences, it stated. However, the design has inherited stylistic influences from the Southern European clustered-town configuration and a number of certain high-street features, specific to British Georgian downtowns, it added.
The project is twice the size of the Azizi Riviera canal-development in Meydan One. While Azizi Riviera draws inspiration from the French Riviera, Azizi Victoria has themes and elements influenced by contemporary British culture and way of living, it stated.
The Emirati developer is set to kick off the sales of Azizi Victoria units on Saturday (June 30) with a special offer for investors including monthly mortgages starting from Dh1,671 ($455).
The upcoming developement comprises premium housing units within an integrated retail district, offering residents a taste of contemporary living as well as plenty of shopping and entertainment options. Its location in the heart of Dubai provides easy access to the city’s top landmarks, including Dubai Mall and Downtown Dubai, said the company statement.
Azizi had recently awarded two contracts worth Dh1.5 billion ($408.38 million) for the construction of Phase One of the Victoria project, which is centred on community living, emulating the perfect balance of entertainment, work and living spaces.
The scope of work includes the construction of 32 buildings with 4,000 units that are part of the development. UAE-based Green Modelling Contracting has been roped in to build 16 of these towers, while the rest will be taken care of by Modern Civil International Contracting Company, said the developer.
Work has begun on the first phase of the project and is due to be completed in the third quarter of 2019, it added-TradeArabia News Service
