Eagle Hills Diyar, the developer behind the iconic waterfront development in the kingdom, Marassi Al Bahrain, has announced a new multi-unit discount scheme for its buyers.

The multi-unit discount scheme applies to all projects within Marassi Al Bahrain upon the purchase of two-, three- or four-bedroom units, said a statement from Eagle Hills Diyar.

Buyers of Marassi Residences units will benefit from a discount up to 3 per cent, while buyers who wish to purchase a unit in Marassi Shores will receive a discount up to 4 per cent. Those wishing to purchase units at Marassi Boulevard or The Address SA will be granted a discount up to 5 per cent, depending on the number of units purchased, it stated.

Existing customers are entitled to receive the aforementioned discounts on any of their new directly purchased units within the validity timeframe of the offer, said the developer in a statement.

Customers who have previously purchased one or more units from Marassi Al Bahrain and decide to purchase additional units, will also be entitled to the discount.

Those eligible for the discount scheme also include next of kin - mothers, fathers, sons, daughters and spouses - and any new purchase made by them will be considered a multiple purchase, it stated.

New customers who have not previously purchased units from Marassi Al Bahrain will also be able to benefit from the above discounts when buying two or more units, it added.

On completion, Marassi Al Bahrain is set to become the kingdom’s premiere ‘smart city’, offering luxury homes, high-end shopping, leisure and entertainment. An 875,000-sq-m development, the Marassi Al Bahrain master plan includes 6,000 luxury apartments, 250,000 sq m of retail space, and Marassi Galleria, a shopping and entertainment destination.-TradeArabia News Service
