MUSCAT, May 29, 2018
Oman-based developer Asas has reported strong progress on the construction of its upcoming project, Boulevard Tower, with nearly 75 per cent of the structural works now completed, reported Muscat Daily.
Located within Muscat Hill’s flagship integrated tourism complex, the 35,000-sq-m Boulevard Tower is one of Oman’s premier upcoming real estate projects which is all set to redefine luxury living featuring both commercial and residential properties, it stated.
The free-hold property is being developed in a strategic location, Madinat Al Irfan, also fashionably dubbed as Muscat’s ‘new downtown.’
On completion, it will offer a collection of one-, two- and three-bedroom apartments that come with recreational facilities, a gymnasium, climate controlled swimming pool, a children’s play area and multi-purpose hall.
It is located minutes away from Muscat International Airport, and within walking distance of the Muscat Hills Golf and Country Club, the golf course which was the first 18-hole grass golf course to be built in Oman.
Fibre reinforced floor screed work has commenced within the basement, as well as block and masonry work on the ground, first and second floors, said the report.
Plastering in the basement and ground floor is reportedly almost complete, with the first floor also underway, as well as plumbing and electrical works on each of every level of the complex, it stated.
With work in full swing, the Boulevard Tower is on track for completion in the third quarter of 2019, said a senior official.
"We are making excellent progress in construction; Boulevard Tower is now well en route to transforming the concept of luxury homes in Oman with prime real estate options for local consumers," said Sheikh Abdullah Al Khalili, the director at Asas Oman, the project developer.
"We are maintaining strict adherence to our construction timeline and quality standards to ensure residents and investors are overwhelmed upon entry as we deliver bespoke new market options that includes highly-sought after freehold real estate," he added.
