Sharjah Holding, a strategic partnership between Majid Al Futtaim - Properties and Sharjah Asset Management, has launched Uptown Al Zahia, the newest neighbourhood in Sharjah’s premier lifestyle destination - Al Zahia.

The neighbourhood offers homes ranging from studios to three-bedroom apartments, featuring swimming pools, fitness facilities and underground parking, all designed within walking distance to cafes, restaurants, leisure and entertainment outlets with direct pedestrian access to City Centre Al Zahia, said a statement from the developer.

Upon completion in 2022, Uptown Al Zahia will be home to more than 700 families, with a master plan that focuses on exclusivity, walkability and convenience.

Uptown Al Zahia is also strategically located on University City Road, just minutes from University City, Sharjah International Airport and the SAIF Zone.
