Dentons, one of the world's largest law companies, said it had provided legal advice to Omani real estate developer Aflaj International for its 11,000-sq-m residential development located within Muscat Hills integrated tourism complex.

Aflaj is a shareholder in Maysan Properties, a company that was established earlier this year to undertake the development.

Dentons had advised both on the establishment of the project company and the related joint venture agreement, said a senior official.  
 
"We are delighted to have assisted Aflaj on this new and exciting venture and look forward to collaborating with them on future projects," remarked Nick Simpson, the managing partner and head of corporate in Muscat.
 
Simpson was assisted on the matter by associates Yasser Taqi, Riaz Haq and Yaqdhan Al Busaidi.-TradeArabia News Service
